Back in February, a friend recommended Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day by Jeff Hertzberg & Zoe Francois. the recommendation came complete with at copy of the master bread recipe. I was intrigued. I am very fond of warm cinnamon rolls. This recipe is great for batch cooking and the frozen batches reheat well enough that you’ll never guess that they spent time on ice.
